What: Homeownership Connection Classes
The classes are offered in English and Spanish regularly with additional languages added based on need.

Hosted by Housing Network’s Homeownership Connection (HOC)
When: Year Round
Mon.-Thur. evenings, Saturday Morning, and one or two weekday mornings
Where: Various sites throughout the state

What: Homebuyer Education
Class content covers qualifying for a mortgage, correcting credit problems, saving for a down payment and more. Classes are limited to 50 people.

What: Springfield Regional Fair Housing Conference
HAP Housing, along with the Massachusetts Fair Housing Center, Legislative Institute, and WNEC School of Law, is pleased to sponsor the third annual regional fair housing conference - Challenging Predatory Lending & Housing Discrimination in Times of Economic Crisis. The keynote speaker is Attorney John Relman. Topics include: litigation strategies to take on predatory lending, fair housing enforcement for lawyers & community organizers, and zoning & planning to expand affordable housing.
