What: Homeownership Connection Classes
The classes are offered in English and Spanish regularly with additional languages added based on need.

Hosted by Housing Network’s Homeownership Connection (HOC)
When: Year Round
Mon.-Thur. evenings, Saturday Morning, and one or two weekday mornings
Where: Various sites throughout the state

What: Homebuyer Education
Class content covers qualifying for a mortgage, correcting credit problems, saving for a down payment and more. Classes are limited to 50 people.

Hosted by Rhode Island Housing

What: Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing
Join us for this free event that will include an overview of Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing and a discussion on how it applies in Rhode Island. HUD Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity John Trasvina will deliver the keynote address.
